Gluten Free Scones

Another gluten free recipe from Jenny


  • 3 cups gluten free flour mix ( 1 cup rice flour, 1/2 cup each potato,
  • quinoa, millet or buckwheat and tapioca flours)
  • 3 teaspoons gluten free baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 80g olivani or other non dairy spread – unless you can use butter
  • about 325ml rice milk or other non-dairy milk – unless you can use milk


  • rub spread into dry ingredients, add rice milk to form a dough
  • turn out onto a floured board and knead until combined
  • cut into scones
  • bake 12-15 minutes at 220 deg celsius
