- 200g butter
- 125g or more chocolate
- ½ cocoa
- 1 cup brown, 1 cup caster
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- Walnuts (optional)
- Melt butter, chocolate and cocoa over slow heat. Do not boil.
- Add sugar, then eggs one at a time, then flour, beat well.
- Cook in greased 30 by 20 cm tin at 190 degrees celcius for 25min.
- Remove from oven, be careful not to overcook.
