Lemon (delicious) pudding

Very simple, very quick, and very tasty

Mix 1 ½ cup sugar, 4 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp butter, rind and juice of 2 lemons, add yolks of 3 eggs (well beaten) and 1 ½ cup milk, fold in egg whites (already beaten stiff), pour into a low baking dish, bake in a water bath for ¾ hr 180 degrees celcius.
